Gary Thompson Agency policyholders participating in the EMC Insurance Companies Nebraska Municipality Safety Group Program recently received dividends from EMC for their participation in the program over the past year. This marks the 17th time in the past 24 years that EMC has paid a dividend in the state of Nebraska. The dividend in 2018 represents 12% of eligible premium. All active accounts written after March 1, 2017, were eligible for a dividend.
Gary Thompson Agency was able to deliver large dividends to numerous communities that it services resulting in a total amount of $48,706.74. Communities that received these dividends include: Franklin, Red Cloud, Blue Hill, and Superior.
