Stacy attended Central Community College Hastings. She later was awarded an Honorable Discharge Certificate from the United States Air Force with five years of service.
Stacy is an active member of the Cowles American Legion Post 116 where she serves as a Financial Officer and is a P.E.O. Chapter Y member. She is also a singer in Lester Junction and is a member of the United Methodist Church.
Stacy is married with two daughters. She enjoys going to Harlan County Lake and taking road trips.
